(f) He shows that the purpose of fasting is to humble the body to the spirit, which must proceed from the heart that is touched, or else it is hypocrisy.

Health and fitness has always been close to my heart. Yet with the health challenges that I’ve been facing for the past few years, my well intentions to get physically fit have fallen short. The Bible says that there is a season for everything, and a time for every matter under heaven. Well, my time is now! Beginning Monday, June 4th I will officially be in Temple Revival, taking care of myself in every area of my life.
