Good morning, all! Today I will post the seventh and finally step for getting started reviving your temple.

Yesterday I mentioned the importance of charting your progress. Well, as you keep track of how well you’re doing. Don’t forget to celebrate your successes along the way.  Perhaps you fasted and prayed all day Tuesday and felt spiritually fit enough to minister to the supervisor who wrote you up on Wednesday.  Praise God! And treat yourself to a book, movie, manicure, or some “Me” time.  You can also call a friend or fellow temple shaper and share your good news.  Their excitement should spur you on further.

Step 6 – CHART YOUR PROGRESS

Okay, so I’m a little late with step six of getting started reviving your temple. But better late than never. This next step could very well be the most important step of all.  If one of your goals is to eat healthier, your new lifestyle will take some getting used to.  There will be mishaps along the way.  But you don’t want to lose sight of your motivation, so keep a record of your progress in the journal I mentioned in Step 1 – SET AND WRITE DOWN GOALS. You didn’t forget to purchase your journal did you? Okay, good. So, if you start to backslide on munchies or forget to read your Scriptures, scan your notes.  When your progress is before you in black-and-white, you’ll be more enthusiastic and confident to press toward the mark.

Remember, you may stumble now and then but God is able to keep you from falling.
